The company has a long history in the refurbishment and repair of distillation columns and associated plant.
This work can be carried out both on customers premises or if required, in our factory facility.
Replacement sections complete with internal components can be manufactured from original drawings if available.
Where original drawings are not available, we can carry out a site survey and produce new drawings utilising our industry standard AutoCAD Cad drafting system.
Separate fabrication areas are provided for Carbon and Stainless Steels.

Pressure Vessel Repair...

Pressure vessel repair can be carried out both in-house and on site, to suit customer requirements.
If required third party inspection can be carried out.

Heat Exchanger Re-tubing and Repair...

Testing and re-tubing of heat exchangers is available.
Ranging from units containing only a few tubes, to large diameter multi-tube, multi-pass heat exchangers.
A specialty is the supply of replacement calorifier bundles.
We repair heat exchangers in a variety of materials and manufactured to a variety of standards.

Whisky Still Repairs...

Spanning over one hundred years, the company has been supporting the whisky industry both local and worldwide.
The refurbishment and repair facilities are extensive, varying from localised repairs to supply and installation of replacement sections.

Whisky Still Site Survey...

We are able to offer a unique service to our customers, this being a site survey of existing copper plant.
Encompassing whisky stills, lyne arms and condensers.
After a comprehensive site survey, a detailed report is submitted,
including material thicknesses taken at pre-determined locations.
This survey allows customers to determine whether replacement of plant is required either in the near or distant future.
This service will allow streamlining of planned plant maintenance.
